To the Critics that thought the new way of servicing the Real Estate Community with no Loan Officers in the field would fail, well they were wrong. They were dead wrong. MAE Capital Mortgage's outside sales representatives are providing better service to our partners and thus increasing the Realtors closed transactions by use of the LeadPro system. In turn freeing up our internal Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to close more transactions faster than ever before not having to worry about leaving the office to service the Real Estate community, as the Outside Sales Representatives are doing this function for them. Our loan volume is increasing everyday as proof that the service provided by the MAE Capital Tri-Core marking system is second to none. Our competition are feeling the heat of this young aggressive mortgage delivery system starting to run the market place. "Where there is adversity there is opportunity" and MAE Capital Mortgage has found and is prospering in this crazy mortgage market.
